  1. The Hive Media site is not displaying properly. Can you help?

    It may be best if you make sure your operating system and web browser are up-to-date. We suggest using the highly popular FireFox web browser for using this website.

  1. Who is Hive Media?

    We are a team of industry veterans who have a strong passion for media development.

  1. What can we expect from Hive Media?

    When a client first approaches us it is customary to have a consultation to gather all needed information on the project. Once the best approach has been determined, Hive Media will present the client with a quote.

  1. What is Hive Media's policy on a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

    Clients will often need a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place to assure both parties' privacy is kept. We value the trust given to Hive Media and have no problem signing these agreements. We have a standard NDA of our own, if the client is in need of one.

  1. May we have initial free samples?

    No. We are highly skilled professionals who have worked very hard to be able to create great media for our clients. We can not lend our time out for free.

  1. May we ask for minor revisions?

    We ask that you keep your revision requests to a maximum of three per asset. You may ask for more revisions; however, additional fees may apply.

  1. May we ask for major revisions?

    Major revisions may create additional fees.

  1. After our assets have been created will our company own the copyrights?

    While Hive Media is aware that most other media outsourcing groups retain the asset copyrights, we feel that our clients’ assets should be their property. This will help to keep clients projects competitive in their fields. Hive Media will not resell or redistribute any assets that have been created. You own 100% of the asset, no strings attached.

  1. We have lost the files you had sent us. Can you help us?

    Hive Media has an off-network backup solution which protects all clients. If you lose the work which we created and have sent to you, we can restore the assets. This is yet another free service which Hive Media offers to our clients.

  1. Can you help create buzz for our products which you are helping us to develop?

    Depending on what the product is, we have several avenues of promotion to help create "buzz" for a client's product. Please feel free to inquire.
